A practice built around applied municipal experience.

Kenneth currently serves in county planning and floodplain administration in Northwest Indiana. His work includes zoning and subdivision administration, development review, Plan Commission and BZA support, permit and enforcement responsibilities, NFIP compliance, and floodplain ordinance work.

Before entering county administration, he worked through the Northern Illinois University Center for Governmental Studies on management analysis, comprehensive planning, and demographic, economic, and fiscal research for local governments and special districts. He also managed outdoor recreation and open-space planning work under contract with the Illinois Department of Natural Resources.

His private-sector contract experience includes review and improvement of memoranda of understanding and construction-management agreements. That combination of public administration, land-use regulation, project research, and quantitative analysis is the basis of LandSage Insights.

The practice provides planning, research, analytical, and advisory services. It does not provide legal advice, engineering, surveying, title opinions, or other services that require a separate professional license.
